*Schöne vollmöblierte 2-Zimmer Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete in der Neckarstadt Ost in Mannheim*

Da ich für 10 Monate im Ausland bin, möchte ich meine schöne Wohnung in der Neckarstadt-Ost (Nähe Alte Feuerwache) vom 01.09.2024 bis 30.06.2025 untervermieten (optional auch noch 1-2 Monate länger).

Die Wohnung ist 55 m² groß und wird komplett möbliert vermietet. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer, einem Schlafzimmer, einer Küche, einem Flur, einem Tageslichtbad mit Wanne, einem Kellerraum und 2 schönen Balkonen. Ich möchte mein gesamtes Mobiliar in der Wohnung lassen und stelle alle Elektrogeräte etc. für den Zeitraum komplett zur Verfügung. Dazu gehören zum Beispiel

- Waschtrockner
- voll ausgestattete Küche inkl. aller Elektrogeräte (Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, ...)
- Fahrrad
- Bettwäsche
- Fernseher mit Soundbar
- E-Piano

Die monatlichen Kosten setzen sich wie folgt zusammen
- 800 € Miete (kalt/warm inkl. Rundfunkgebühren)
- 100 € Nebenkosten (Strom/Gas)

- 35 € WLAN
- 10 € Fernsehen

Ich habe bisher (trotz Krise!) immernoch eine Rückzahlung der Nebenkosten erhalten. Ich lasse für den Mietzeitraum eine separate Strom/Gasabrechnung erstellen, so dass nur der tatsächliche Verbrauch bezahlt wird. Ich werde eine Kaution von 800€ einbehalten, die ihr natürlich nach der Mietzeit zurückbekommt. Das regeln wir alles in einem Untermietvertrag.

*Beautiful fully furnished 2 room apartment in Neckarstadt Ost, Mannheim*

Since I will be abroad for 10 months, I would like to sublet my beautiful apartment in Neckarstadt Ost (near Alte Feuerwache) from 01.09.2024 to 30.06.2025 (optionally 1-2 months longer).

The apartment is 55 m² and will be rented out fully furnished. The apartment consists of a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen, a hallway, a daylight bathroom with bathtub, a cellar room and 2 beautiful balconies. I would like to leave all my furniture in the apartment and provide all electrical appliances etc. for the period. This includes for example

- Washer and dryer
- Fully equipped kitchen including all electrical appliances (dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, ...)
- Bicycle
- Bed linen
- TV with sound bar
- Electric piano

The monthly costs are as follows
- 800 € rent (cold/warm incl. broadcasting fees)
- 100 € utilities (electricity/gas)

optional
- 35 € wifi
- 10 € television

I will have a separate electricity/gas bill drawn up for the rental period so that only the actual consumption is paid (but I got money back in the last years, so the calculation should be generously). I will take a security deposit of €800, which will be returned to you at the end of the rental period. We'll arrange everything in a subletting agreement.
