Ich muss mich schweren Herzens von meiner Wohnung trennen und suche daher einen Nachmieter.
Die Wohnung ist in einem wunderschönen Altbau, hat hohe Decken und viele schöne Fenster. Zur Wohnung gehört ein kleiner Kellerraum, der sehr praktisch ist, falls man etwas unterstellen möchte. Im Hof ist Platz für Fahrräder. Einen überdachten Fahrradkeller gibt es auch.
Die Wohnung ist in Neckarstadt-Ost und alles Wichtige ist zu Fuß erreichen:
- 1 Minute zum Supermarkt
- 2 Minuten zur Straßenbahn-Haltestelle
- 5 Minuten zum Neckar
Die Küche und die Vorhänge müssen übernommen werden. Die Küche ist in sehr gutem Zustand und bietet alles was man braucht: Kühlschrank, Backofen, Herd, Spülmaschine, Spüle und Schränke. Ansonsten können noch günstig abgekauft werden:
- Kleiderschrank
- Bett mit Lattenrost und Matratze
- Sessel
- 2 Regale
- Schreibtisch
- Küchentisch
- Badregal
- Lampen
Von daher müsst ihr nur eure Koffer mitbringen und einziehen! =)
