Die Wohnung wurde vergangenes Jahr frisch saniert, besitzt hohe Decken und Fenster, einen alten, schönen Dielenboden, eine neue Küche und neues Bad, und einen süßen Balkon. Ich bin im März für 3 Wochen nicht in der Wohnung und suche daher 1-2 Personen, die für diesen Zeitraum eine schöne Wohnung in Mannheim suchen und sich gut um die Wohnung und meine Pflanzen kümmern :)

Die Lage ist traumhaft. Der Neckar, die alte Feuerwache und der alte Messplatz sind nur 1 Minute Fußweg entfernt, dort gibt es auch eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Außerdem gibt es viele schöne Cafés und Supermärkte direkt in Laufnähe, ein Café ist sogar direkt im Haus.
