Die Wohnung hat eine separate Küche, ein Badezimmer, ein Wohnzimmer und zwei Schlafzimmer. Sie ist ideal für ein Paar (auch mit Kinder). Aternativ, sie kann von 2 bis 3 Studenten als WG gemietet werden.
Die Miete beinhaltet einen privaten Parkplatz und einen Keller.

Since my wife and I will leave Mannheim, our lovely apartment will be free as of 1st November.
The apartment has a separate kicthen, a bathroom, a living rom and 2 bedrooms. It is perfect for a couple (even with kids). Alternatively, it can be rented out to 2/3 students.
The rent includes a private parking lot and a basement.

Die Straßenbahnlinien 5 und 6 erreichen Sie zu Fuß in weniger als 10 Minuten. Das Stadtzentrum erreichen Sie mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in nur 20 Minuten

The apartment is located in a very quiet area. Within 200 metters distance you will find bakeries, a mini market, restaruants, a pharmacy and a couple of banks. The trams number 5 and 6 can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes. The city center can be reached with public transportation in just 20 minutes

Meine Frau und ich haben im Juni 2020 fast alle Möbel neu bei IKEA gekauft. Wir haben mehr als 4000 € investiert und bieten alles zu einem reduzierten Preis von 1400 € an. The apartment is fully furnished.
My wife and I bought nearly all the furniture new from IKEA, in June 2020. We invested more than 4000€ and are offering everything at a discounted price of 1400€.
