Das Zimmer ist ungefähr 14m² groß und wird von August bis Dezember zur Zwischenmiete frei. Die Möbel bleiben im Zimmer, du musst also nur deine persönlichen Sachen mitbringen. Es gibt außerdem noch eine große, gemütliche Wohnküche mit viel Stauraum und einer Waschmaschine. Das Bad ist klein, enthält aber alles, was man braucht. Es gibt noch die Möglichkeit, Dinge im Keller zu verstauen. Die Wohnung liegt im 4. OG.
Room
The room’s size is about 14m2 and it is available from August to December 2015. Furniture including bed, desk, chair, shelves and a cupboard will stay in the room so you’ll only have to bring your personal belongings. We also have a very nice and spacious kitchen and a washing machine as well. The bathroom is rather small but perfectly fine for everyday use. You can also store some of your stuff in the basement. The room itself is on the fourth floor.
Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Innenstadt, man kann alles prima zu Fuß erledigen. Die Linie 2 (Haltestelle Dalbergstraße oder MVV-Hochhaus) liegt genau um die Ecke und auch zur Haltestelle Abendakademie sind es nur 5 Minuten (Linie 1, 3, 4, 5, 7). Damit erreicht man die Universität in ca. 6 Minuten, zu Fuß sind es gut 15 Minuten. Es liegen zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, z.B. sind Penny oder Norma in ca. 5 Minuten erreichbar. Am nahegelegenen Marktplatz ist immer dienstags, donnerstags und samstags Markt. Die Wohnung liegt außerdem in der Nähe von vielen türkischen Geschäften.
Location
The flat is located in the middle of the city and you can walk everywhere within a few minutes. The tram stations Dalbergstraße and MVV-Hochhaus (line 2) are just around the corner and the station Abendakademie (lines 1, 3, 4, 5, 7) is about a five minute walk away. By tram you can get to the University within six minutes, by foot it takes about 15 minutes. Many grocery stores such as Norma and Penny are within walking distance (5 minutes) and the marketplace is close by as well. The flat is also located next to several turkish shops and restaurants.
