The apartment is located in the core area in Mannheim. The traffic here is quite convenient.
There are 1 bedroom, 1 kitchen, 1 washroom and 1 toilet. The toilet is outside of the apartment(upstairs), but it is your own.
The apartment with good location and enough area has a low rent cost. The basic rent is 330 Euro. The renter need to sign
the contract with MVV in order to pay the gas/electronic fees(according to my situation, 80 Euro per month). As to the water fees, the house owner will collect per year (about 40 Euros/per year).
