Ich suche einen Nachmieter/eine Nachmieterin für meine großzüzig geschnittene 2-Zimmer Wohnung (69qm). Die Wohnung ist für Singles und auch Pärchen ausgelegt.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock eines gepflegten Mehrfamilienhauses mit 8 Wohnparteien. Das Wohnhaus ist insgesamt sehr ruhig.

Die große Wohnküche bietet viel Platz für Sitzmöglichkeitem und hat eine praktische kleine Abstellkammer. Das lichtdurchflutete Wohnzimmer wirkt sehr charmant durch den gemütlichen Echtholzdielenboden und Stuck an der Decke. Durch den langen Flur gelangt man ins Schlafzimmer, das ruhig zum Innenhof gelegen ist. Praktisch ist die Trennung von Toilette und Badezimmer (beide mit Fenster).

In der Küche erhält man Warmwasser über einen kleinen Boiler unter der Spüle. Im Badezimmer wird durch einen Durchlauferhitzer das Wasser für Dusche und Waschbecken erwärmt.

The apartment is 1 of 8 within the building, located on the 4th floor. Overall it is a very quiet residence.

The large kitchen has ample space for sitting around and contains a small practical in-built storage cabinet. The living room receives ample natural lighting during the daytime and offers a charming flair with its wooden floors and older style roof moulding. The bedroom is connected via a long corridor and faces the inner side of the building which is always very quiet. The toilet and bathroom are conveniently separated, with individual windows.

Hot water in the kitchen is supplied through a small boiler device under the sink. An instant water heater in the bathroom provides hot water for the shower and sink.

A lockable storage room in the building basement is included. Bicycles can be securely stored in the back yard. For those with a car, parking spaces nearby can be easily found with a resident parking permit (€30/year).
