The apartment has 3 rooms, the kitchen, a toilet with bath and a balcony facing the backyard. All the rooms are quite big and spacious. The kitchen is a delight. In the building the people are quiet and friendly, no problems at all. The apartment is bright and perfect for a couple or a family. Flatshares are NOT allowed by the owner.
We would prefer someone that will take over the kitchen (includes big fridge, microwave, table in the middle and some shelves) together with the washing machine for a small amount.
Also possible to take over some furniture.
in between the two main streets in the Schwetzingen Vorstadt, the tram 1 is 2 min walk and tram 6 is 4 min walk. A lot of nice cafés and shops in the area. 3 supermarkets walking distance, DM, DHL and pharmacies are 5 minutes walking from the house.
Very practical location to move anywhere.
