The flat has a large and bright living area where you can find all the things you can see in the photos (except TV). The 'bedroom' has a curtain partioning to separate it from the living area (as you can see in the photos). It has a 140*200 cm bad with a comfortable mattress. The kitchen does not have the table that you can see in the photos. The bathroom has a washing machine. The flat also has a terrace.
The flat is on an ideal location. You can reach Hbf and the main tram station in 3 minutes on foot. You will be in the city centre in 8-10 minutes and in Lidl in 7 minutes on foot.
The size of the flat is only an estimation.
The rent covers all the utilities except Radio Bill and Electricity.
IMPORTANT: I will be moving out the flat in June so, I can recommend you as the new tenant to the landlord. Please know, the landlord will decide if he likes you or not. Additionally, you will have to take over the furniture for 550 euro. It includes washing machine, bed, mattress, sofa, hocker, wardrobe/cupboard, jewelry cabinet, lowboard, study table, rolling chair, BBQ grill, small table and hanging mirror.
