Kosten: inkl. aller NK wie Heizung und Strom ca. 480 EURO (pro Person also 240 EURO)
Dazu kommt nur noch DSL und Inet Flat (p. P. 15 EURO)
Die Wohnung ist vollmöbliert mit einer kompletten Küche, Backofen, Cerankochfeld, Mikrowelle, Schränke, Schreibtische, Fernseher, Staubsauer, Geschirr etc...) Also alles drinne. Ihr muesstet nur eure Klamotten mitbringen. Parkplätze sind in Hülle und Fülle vorhanden. Das Viertel is ruhig und frei von Krawall :).
