wir suchen einen zuverlässigen Nachmieter für unsere Wohnung in der Käfertaler Straße ca 10 min Fußweg vom Uniklinikum entfernt.
Es handelt sich um eine schöne Altbauwohnung Schlaf-, Wohnzimmer und Wohnküche sind alle etwa gleich groß (ca 20m²).
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung (Aldi,Marktkauf).
Die Küche müsste mit übernommen werden was noch 550 Euro extra wären.
Es könnte auch sein das die Vermieterin die Miete noch etwas aufstockt (ca 20 Euro).
Sie ist sehr nett wohnt nicht im gleichen Haus und kümmert sich bei Problemen rasch um alles.
