Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Die Isar-auen sind fast vor der Haustür. Die Altstadt ist zu Fuß erreichbar und es gibt reichlich Geschäfte (Supermarkt + Waschsalon), Restaurants und Bars in der Umgebung. Trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig.
Zur nächsten U-Bahnstation Frauenhoferstraße (U1/U2) sind es zu Fuß nur 5 Minuten.
Das Einzugsdatum ist verhandelbar. Vermietung nur an ordentliche und saubere Einzelperson oder Pärchen. Nichtraucherwohnung!
