- ein kleines Gästezimmer/Arbeitszimmer o.ä
- mit Parkettboden
- Kellerabteil mit viel Stauraum
- Fahrradkeller
- evtl. die Möglichkeit auf einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz
Da wir erst vor einem Jahr eine komplett neue Küche mit allen Geräten und Extras eingebaut haben wäre diese und ein paar andere Dinge abzulösen (wie Waschmaschine, Möbel etc.)

To our great apartment:
It is located in the middle of Munich's most beautiful quarter - the Au
- almost 55 sqm
- kitchen-living room with new fitted kitchen and access to the balcony
- Bathroom with tub
- separate toilet
- one bedroom to the backyard (very quiet)
- a small guest room/study or the like
- with parquet flooring
- Cellar compartment with lots of storage space
- bicycle cellar
- possibly the possibility of an underground parking space
Since we only installed a completely new kitchen with all appliances and extras a year ago, this and a few other things (such as washing machine, furniture, etc.) would have to be replaced.
Die Wohnung liegt mitten im schönsten Viertel Münchens - nur 3 Minuten von der Isar und gleich beim Gärtnerplatzviertel und der Reichenbachbrücke.
Zur Ubahn (U2/U1) sind es 5 Minuten zur Fuß, zur Trambahn (Richtung Sendlinger Tor/Giesing) braucht man ca. 3 Minuten.
Auch diverse Busse Richtung Goetheplatz, Ostbahnhof oder zum Tierpark fahren gleich um die Ecke ab.
Außerdem gibt es gleich einen Supermarkt um die Ecke, sowie Drogeriemärkte, Bioläden, Metzgereien, eine Postfiliale, Apotheken, Gemüsehändler, Bäckereiern, tolle Restaurants und und und...
Wir sind AUSSCHLIEßLICH auf der Suche nach einer TAUSCH-WOHNUNG !
Daher nehmt es uns nicht übel, dass wir eure Anfragen ggf. nicht beantworten, wenn diese keine Tauschangebote enthalten.
Zu unseren Wünschen:
Wir würden gerne in eine größere Wohnung ziehen
- alles über 75 qm,
- mind. 3 Zimmer, Wohnküche wäre ideal
- bevorzugte Viertel im Innenstadtbereich also Au, Haidhausen, Untergiesing Ludwigvorstadt, etc
- Altbau wäre mega, dafür verzichten wir auch auf einen Balkon ;)
Wir zahlen momentan nur 840 Euro warm für alles und wissen, dass wir damit einen absoluten Schnapp gemacht haben. Also werden wir auch nur dann zuschlagen, wenn das Tauschangebot zu 100% passt, bitte habt Verständnis dafür!

To our wishes:
We would like to move into a bigger apartment
- everything over 75 qm
- at least 3 rooms, eat-in kitchen would be ideal
- Preferred districts in the inner city area, i.e. Au, Haidhausen, Untergiesing Ludwigvorstadt, etc.
- Old building would be mega, but we also do without a balcony ;)
At the moment we pay only 840 Euro warm for everything and know that we are very lucky. So we will only hit if the exchange offer fits 100%, please understand!
