Our 2 room apartment is 55 sq. meters and has a nice big kitchen, big balcony, very nice bathroom, a storage room and a big keller in the basement.
The building has washing machine and dryer in the basement as well. Perfect for a couple as there is one bed room and one big living room. But it can be used as a shared apartment as well.
Rent is 650 Euros per mont, price includes side-costs (Nebenkosten / NK).
Electricity (40 euros) and internet are paid separated.
The apartment in itself is completely unfurnished but since we are leaving Göttingen we would like to give it to someone who can take all our furniture and the kitchen (all the furnishing in the kitchen are ours).
This has been the 'traditional agreement' with previous tenants.
All the stuff in the apartment belongs to us and would cost 750 Euros (you can check the quality when you come for visit).

Location is one of the highlights, everything is walking distance!
5'walk from the Bahnhof, between the Kiesse and Innenstadt, this location is worth to be called home.
There is also the Naukhauff supermarket (open until midnight and on Sundays) only 2 min walk.
The bus stop for bus 21 is 1 min walk.
Neighbours are polite and quiet. We only have good experiences with them.
Convenience is also a plus. Supermarket for last-minute need, bakeries and restaurants in the near.
We rent the apartment since we are leaving Göttingen but it is a beautiful place to call 'home'.
Parking is possible with the permit provided by the municipality. During the weekends it is free overnight but there are also paid-parking near by.
