Mein Freund und ich suchen eine 3-Zimmer-Wohnung in München. Folgende Stadtteile kämen für uns in Frage: Glockenbach, Haidhausen, Au, Untergiesing, Obergiesing, Lehel.
Wir haben einen kleinen Hund, deswegen müssten Haustiere erlaubt sein. Toll wäre ein Altbau und ein Balkon.
Im Gegenzug würde ich meine Wohnung am Isartor zum Tausch anbieten. Sie hat einen Balkon, eine Badewanne und eine Kochnische. Die Lage ist super zentral, S-Bahn quasi vor der Tür. Bei Bedarf könnte ein Stellplatz mit angemietet werden.
