The apartment was recently renovated and is located on the 1st floor with an elevator. This apartment comes with a 10m2 basement compartment, so there will be enough storage room.
This apartment is fully furnished (from the landlord) and includes the following:
Living/Bedroom: sofa, side table, TV-lowboard, flatscreen TV on swivel arm with cable TV (can be moved facing the couch or bed), 2 shelves, 140x200 bed, night stand
Kitchen: Electric kitchen stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, filter coffee machine, kitchen island with 2 barstools, dishes, cutlery
Bathroom: shower, washing machine
Hallway: built-in wardrobe (with iron and ironboard, vacuum cleaner, bed linen and towels)
