Da ich ab August für fünf Monate nicht in München sein werde, stelle ich meine Einzelwohnung vom 01.08.2022 bis zum 31.12.2022 voll möbliert zur Verfügung. Die 34 qm große Wohnung liegt im zweiten Obergeschoss und besitzt eine kleine Diele, ein Badezimmer, eine Küche/Esszimmer und einen großen Wohn-/Schlafbereich.
Die Wohnung wird voll möbliert zur Verfügung gestellt. Das umfasst ein Bett, einen großen Schrank, Regale, Tisch und Stühle, ein (Schlaf-)sofa, TV (und Playstation) sowie Küchenausstattung. Eine Waschmaschine steht ebenfalls im Eingangsbereich der Wohnung zur Verfügung.

Since I will leave Munich for five months starting in August, I would sublet my fully furnished single's apartment from Aug 01 to Dec 31, 2022. The 34 sqm apartment is located on the second floor and has a small hallway, a bathroom, a kitchen/dining room and a large living/sleeping area.
The apartment is provided fully furnished. This includes a bed, a large closet, shelves, table and chairs, a sofa (bed), TV (and playstation) and kitchen equipment. A washing machine is also available in the hallway of the apartment.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral im schönen Glockenbachviertel unweit des Gärtnerplatzes. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße mit vielen Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Fußläufig ist die Haltestelle „Goetheplatz“ in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreicht man den Hauptbahnhof und die Innenstadt in nur 15-20 Minuten. In unmittelbarer Umgebung befinden sich zahlreiche Supermärkte. In wenigen Minuten ist man zudem an der Isar und kann die Parkanlagen und Uferstellen genießen.

The apartment is centrally located in the beautiful Glockenbachviertel not far from Gärtnerplatz. The apartment is located in a quiet street with many restaurants in the immediate vicinity. On foot you can reach the stop "Goetheplatz" in 15 minutes. By public transport you can reach the main station and the city center in only 15-20 minutes. There are numerous supermarkets in the vicinity. In a few minutes you can also reach the Isar river and enjoy the parks and banks.
Ich würde es bevorzugen, meine bisherigen Strom- und Internetverträge für die Zeit der Untervermietung weiterlaufen zu lassen. Daher würde die Gesamtmietsumme von 1000€ auch alle Ausgaben inkludieren (Warmmiete, Strom, Wasser, Internet, Möbelnutzung).
Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung und Haustiere sind nicht gestattet. Es wird eine Kaution in Höhe von 1000€ erhoben.

I would prefer to keep my existing electricity and internet contracts running for the time of the sublease. Therefore, the total rent of 1000€ would also include all expenses (warm rent, electricity, water, internet, furniture use).
The apartment is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed. There is a deposit in the amount of 1000€.
