Penthouse apartment 5 minutes from Odeonsplatz

Hi,
I write in English, so I am available for all nationalities, but I also speak perfectly German.
I rent a part of my apartment in Maxvorstad, close to Odeonsplatz.
It is in a nice renovated Altbau, a penthouse apartment with a parkett floor.
It is 99 quadrat meters, on two floors, I rent all the floor upstairs and for the rest, you will be sharing with me, when I am there, as I live also abroad, a big living room space, with a kitchen and a bathroom downstairs.
I have also my own bedroom downstairs.
The building has an elevator and it is in an excellent location, close to the Englisher Garten to Odeonsplatz and Marienplatz, and to Universität.
It is fully furnished, also with all for the kitchen and all for the bed and the bathroom.
So you can also move in without buying anything.
As the apartment has also fine art in it, I allow no parties and no smoking in the apartment. Also, unluckily, no pets, or I must ask special permission for this to the building.
I rent from May till December this time, as I plan to travel a lot.
Professional internet is included and all costs.
In the basement, there are also washing machines.
