QUIET 3 rooms flat with rooftop, in the beautiful heart of Maxvorstadt *FAMILIES PREFERRED*

We offer our 3 rooms apartment with rooftop from the 1st of August until the end of Ocotber as we will live in Barcelona for that time. The flat is on the 4th floor (no elevator) and has a rooftop with a dining table and our beloved luxury Strandkorb. It is very sunny and totally quiet as the apartment is located in the backyard and at the top! The flat is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need (including internet and cleaning services). It has two bathrooms, a small guest bathroom with a toilet and a basin. The second one has a toilet, a basin, a shower-bath, and a washer. The first room is our big open living room with a big couch (around 3m long) and a big smart tv. The second room is a bedroom with a box spring bed (2,0 x 2,0 m), a closet, and a changing table. The third room is equipped for your child/your children (including a high bed, baby bed, cozy reading area, several toys, and books). We would love to offer our flat and the toys from our 1 and 7-years old daughters to a family but also encourage other sabbaticals to contact us. :-)
