Die Wohnung wird ausschließlich an Pendler (Montag-Donnerstag) vermietet. Nur für eine Person (Only for commuter (monday-thursday) and only for one person)
Da ich unter der Woche nicht in München arbeite, würde ich gerne von Montag bis Donnerstag meine Wohnung untervermieten an einen Pendler, damit diese nicht leer steht. Die Wohnung ist komplett neu saniert und daher mit Parkett, 2 Balkonen und tollen hohen Decken, 2 Zimmern (Schlafzimmer mit großem Boxspringbett und einem großen Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche). Fotos sende ich gerne privat. Alle Möbel sind neu und dementsprechend suche ich jemanden, der sehr ordentlich, sauber und gewissenhaft ist. Insofern das für dich in Frage kommt, melde dich gern bei mir. Vorerst würde ich die Wohnung für 1-2 Monate vermieten, aber wenn es gut läuft, können wir auch verlängern.
