ich biete meine gemütliche 1,5 Zimmerwohnung in der Maxvorstadt zur Untermiete für 2 Monate vom 01.05. bis 30.06. an.
Ein paar Details zur Wohnung:
- Größe: 38 m2, sehr hell beleuchtet
- Monatliche Miete: 850€ warm (Internet, Strom etc. inklusive)
- Zimmeraufteilung: Bad, Diele, Wohn- / Essküche (16 m2) und getrenntes Schlafzimmer (16 m2)
- Ausstattung: möbiliert, Einbauküche und Waschmaschine in der Wohnung, Fahrradstellplatz und Kellerabteil vorhanden

zur Straßenbahn (Linie 20, 21, 22 - direkt vor der Nase), an den Stiglmairplatz (U1 - 5 min zu Fuß), Theresienstraße (U2 - 8-10 min zu Fuß)
Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Laufnähe:
Großer Edeka, dm & Lidl, Bäcker und viele weitere Supermärkte (Vollcorner, REWE) in 500m Umkreis.
