Hallo, wir sind Lisa und Felix und werden bis mindestens Ende des Jahres (wir planen länger, feste Ünernahme der Wohnung im Anschluss möglich) nicht in München sein und wollen für den Zeitraum unsere möblierte Wohnung in Milbertshofen/Schwabing Nord untervermieten.
Wir wohnen in einer sehr hellen 2-Zimmer (+Küche, Bad mit Wanne, Flur) Wohnung mit Echtholzparkett Boden in allen Zimmern im obersten Stock, mit Südbalkon auf einen ruhigen Hinterhof und würden uns freuen netten Menschen ein Zuhause auf Zeit geben zu können. Mietpreis warm incl. aller Nebenkosten und Internet 1350€.

Bus (140,141, 177, X35, X36, 150, 50, N41) UBahn (U2) und Tram (23) fußläuflig unter 10min entfernt. Fahrradstellplätze und (sehr saubere) Gemeinschaftswaschmaschine und -trockner im Keller.

Hello, we are Lisa and Felix and will not be in Munich until at least the end of the year (we are planning longer, it is possible to take over the apartment permanently afterwards) and want to sublet our furnished apartment in Milbertshofen/Schwabing Nord for the period.
We live in a very bright 2-room apartment (+ kitchen, bathroom with tub, hallway) with real wood parquet floors in all rooms
on the top floor, with a south-facing balcony in a quiet backyard and would be happy to give nice people a temporary home. Rental price warm including all additional costs and Internet 1350 €.

Bus (140,141, 177, X35, X36, 150, 50, N41) subway (U2) and tram (23) less than 10 minutes' walk away. Bicycle parking and (very clean) shared washing machine and dryer in the basement.
