Exact dates of move-in: 14 August and move-out: 15 September. Dates are strict since we will be out for vacation on 14 August and then come back on 15 September.
Rent is 1200€ Warm including high-speed internet, electricity, and water. Kaution is 1500 Euros.
It is 7-min walk from Heimeranplatz U5 U-bahn station, 4 min. walk from Treppenhaus Tram station and 7 min from S-bahn Donnersbergerbrücke station.

Wir vermieten unsere schöne möblierte 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in der Westendstraße unter.
Genaue Termine für Einzug: 14. August und Auszug: 15. September. Die Termine sind streng, da wir am 15. August in den Urlaub fahren und am 15. September zurückkommen.
Die Miete beträgt 1000 € warm inklusive Highspeed-Internet, Strom und Wasser. Die Kaution beträgt 1000 Euro.
Von der U-Bahn-Station Heimeranplatz der U5 sind es 7 Gehminuten, von der U-Bahn-Station Heimeranplatz 4 Gehminuten. Zu Fuß von der Straßenbahnhaltestelle Staircase und 7 Minuten von der S-Bahn-Station Donnersbergerbrücke entfernt.
