Da ich für das nächste Jahr unter der Woche beruflich unterwegs bin und meine Wohnung dann leersteht suche ich einen Mitbewohner der sich an den Kosten beteiligt. Kann mir aber wenn die passenden personen auftauchen auch eine komplette Untervermietung vorstellen. Kurzzeitvermietung (Monatsweise) oder Vermietung an Firmen als Business Appartement ist auch möglich.
Die Wohnung hat 2 Schlafzimmer (1 möbliert, 1 unmöbliert), möbliertes Wohnzimmer, möblierte Küche und Bad/WC mit Badewanne.
Technisches Spielzeug: 40 Zoll Plasma (Wohnzimmer), 42 Zoll LCD (Schlafzimmer1), Ps3, Induktionsherd, Backofen, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Dunstabzugshaube, Waschmaschine.
30 Mbit Internetleitung
Geheizt wird per Gastherme.
Bilder der Wohnung sind nicht mehr super up to date (vom Einzug) aber die meisten Möbel sind noch die gleichen. Nur die Küche habe ich vor einem halben Jahr ausgetauscht und dabei auch komplett alle Elektrogeräte durch neue Geräte ausgetauscht..
Die Wohnung ist ab sofort frei und kann nach Absprache besichtigt werden.
Bei Fragen fragen ansonsten Anfragen, mit kurzer Vorstellung zur Person und gewünschter Nutzung der Wohnung bitte nur per Mail. Ich bin untertags schwer erreichbar werde aber meine Mails regelmäßig checken.
I am subletting my appartment as I am travelling abroad during the weeks. It is also possible to rent this as a business appartement.
The flat has 2 bedrooms(one of them fully furnished) and fully furnished living room and kitchen. The bathroom has a bath tub.
All elektronik devices in the kitchen were newly bought half a year ago. The kitchen is equipped with induction stove, oven, dish washer, coffee machine. There are 2 televisions (40'+) in the flat. Internet connection with 30 Mbit.

If you are interested please get in contact with a short description about yourself and about the desired renting arrangement via mail. I am hard to reach at the moment but will try to check my mails on a daily base.
The flat lies 400m away from the famous Schloss Nymphenburg. A tram stop (line 17) is directly in front of the building. Stop for Tram 12 and Tram 16 are a 4 minute walk away. There is also a bus taking you to the s bahn stop laim.
Supermarket, drug store, tailor, several good restaurants are all available within a 5 minute walk. The famous Hirschgarten is 15 minutes away.
It's hard to reach me by phone so either drop me a whatsapp or write me a mail.
I did not have pictures of the living room and the 2nd bedroom.
