Wir möchten unsere tollen 50qm tauschen, da sie uns zu klein werden. Anbindung über U1 Rotkreutzplatz, Tram 16/17 sowie Bus 53. Altbau mit normaler Deckenhöhe, recht neuem Bad und EBK. Balkon im Westen.
Wir suchen am liebsten weiter in Neuhausen, aber auch andere Stadteile sind interessant, z.B. Isarvorstadt, Westend, Lehel, Maxvorstadt, Schwabing-Nord/West, südliche Ecken von Moosach oder Milbertshofen oder der Osten von Laim.
Kriterien:
* Zentrum, Norden oder Westen von München (siehe oben).
* Langfristiges Mietverhältnis
* ÖPNV Anbindung ordentlich
* ab 60qm (Zimmeranzahl ist dabei egal)
*Balkon, EBK, Badewanne und Stellplatz fürs Fahrrad (überdachter Innenhof reicht, sind aber auch bereit mitzuzahlen, wenn es einen nutzbaren Fahrradstellplatz gibt)
* Einzug ist flexibel gestaltbar. Am liebsten am 1.9. aber auch früher (ab 1.8.) oder später ist möglich (1.1.2018).
