- Waschmaschine Trokner im seperaten Waschkeller
- komplett ausgestattete Küche inklusive Kaffeevollautomat/ Mikrowelle etc.
- entspannte Parksituation vor der Haustüre
- Anschluss an die S3/S7 und U2/U7 in 5 Minuten am Giesinger Bahnhof zu erreichen
- schöner Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne
- DSL 100 mit zwei Smart TV und Netflix
WICHTIG: keine Raucher, keine Tiere
Ein Mietvertrag kann erst nach Zustimmung/ Prüfung durch die Hausverwaltung erteilt werden!

we will be on our sabbatical from 01.august.2022 to 31.august.2023 so our completely equipped Appartement in the middle of Giesing is avaliable.
Non smokers, couples are welcome, please no pets:
- washing machine and dryer in a seperate room downstairs
- fullly equiped kitchen including micro wave / coffeemachine
- parking avaliable for free in front of the house
- quick connection to S3/S7/ U2 /U7 via Giesing bahnhof , a 5 minute walk
- quick DSL connection including two smart tvs and a netflix account
A contract can be handed out after validation from the property management
Period for stay from 01.august 2022 to 31.08.2023
