Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Flur, Küche, Badezimmer, einem Wohnzimmer, einem Schlafzimmer, einem kleinen Abstellraum mit Regalen, einer Loggia und einem kleinen Balkon.
Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit einer Kaffeemaschine, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank und Herd. Über weitere Ausstattung wie Töpfe, Pfannen, Geschirr etc. kann gesprochen werden.
Im Bad gibt es zwei kleine Schränke und eine Badewanne mit integrierter Dusche.
Im Schlafzimmer gibt es zwei Kleiderschränke und ein großes Bett.
Im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine große Couch, zwei Wandregale, ein Couchtisch, einen großen Arbeitstisch mit Stuhl und ein weiteres Regal. Es gibt außerdem noch eine kleine Schlafcouch. Der Arbeitstisch wird komplett freigeräumt.
In der Loggia gibt es eine schöne Palettencouch und gemütliches Licht, bei dem man sich abends entspannen kann.
Die Einrichtung weicht etwas von den Bildern ab.
We rent fully equipped apartment in Perlach!
The apartment consists of a hallway, kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom, small storage room with shelves, loggia and small balcony.
In the hallway there is a dining table for 4 people.
The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator and stove. Additional equipment such as pots, pans, dishes, etc. can be discussed.
The bathroom has two small closets and a bathtub with an integrated shower.
The bedroom has two wardrobes, two chests of drawers and a large bed (2mx2m).
In the living room there is a large couch, two wall shelves, a coffee table, a large work table with a chair and another shelf. There is also a small sofa bed. The work table is completely cleared.
In the loggia there is a beautiful pallet couch and cozy light, with which to relax in the evenings.
The furnishings may differ slightly from the pictures.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft, umgeben von viel grün. Die Bushaltestelle "Holzwiesenstraße" ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die U-Bahnhatestelle "Neuperlach Zentrum", bei der außerdem das Einkaufszentrum "PEP" gelegen ist erreicht man in 10Minuten zu Fuß. Von dort aus fährt man in 12 Minuten in die Innenstadt.
Es gibt einige Supermärkte und Restaurants, die zu Fuß erreichbar sind.
The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood which a lot greenery just nearby. The "Holzwiesenstraße" bus stop is a 3-minute walk away. The subway station "Neuperlach Zentrum", where the shopping center "PEP" is also located, can be reached in 10 minutes by foot. From there you can drive to the city center in 12 minutes with the subway.
There are some supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance.
Die Warmmiete beinhaltet Miete, Strom, Nebenkosten und Internet.
Waschen: Es gibt im Keller einen Gemeinschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, welcher genutzt werden kann. Ein Vorgang kostet 1,50 Euro. Da die meisten Mit-Mieter eine eigene Waschmaschine haben, ist sie die meiste Zeit frei verfügbar.
Die Gemeinschaftsregeln des Hauses wie Nachtruhe ab 22:00 Uhr sind einzuhalten.
Mieter mit einer Haftpflichtversicherung werden bevorzugt!

The rent includes rent, electricity, additional costs and internet.
