Su habitación está totalmente equipada con una cama de 140x200, un escritorio y un espacio para su ropa.
Hi, this apartment is in the middle of Munich with a stunning view over all Munich (7th Floor!!). On good days you can see the mountains and the sunset is spectacular!
The apartment consists of 2 Bedrooms, 1 separate fully equipped Kitchen, 1 extra large Living Room with Balcony and one Bathroom with Shower and extra Guest-toilet.
Your room is fully equipped with a 140x200 bed, a desk & chair and space for your clothes.
La ubicación es excelente. Justo delante del apartamento tienes un tranvía y a la vuelta de la esquina el S-Bahn. Si caminas un par de minutos también encontrarás el U-Bahn.
También para tiendas, restaurantes y bares encontrará cualquier cosa a 5-10 minutos de caminata. El Foro (centro de entrenamiento) está a sólo 5 minutos a pie.
The location is prime. Right in front of the apartment you have a tram and just around the corner the S-Bahn. If you walk a couple minutes you will also find the U-Bahn.
Also for shopping, restaurants and bars you will find anything within 5-10minutes of walking. The Forum (shopping center) is only 5 minutes walk away.
Estoy buscando a alguien que se quede en el apartamento mientras estoy viajando. Puedes usar el apartamento exclusivamente, sin embargo, guardaré la habitación más pequeña en caso de que necesite viajar a Munich para trabajar (no está planificado, y me alinearía contigo por adelantado).

I am looking for someone to stay in the apartment while Im traveling. You can use the apartment exclusively, however, I will keep the smaller Room in case I need to travel to Munich for work (its not planned, and I would align with you upfront).
Overall, looking for someone who is really tidy, and can also take care of my plants etc. While I‘m gone.
