Wohnungstausch! Échange d'appartements! München - Paris! / Exchange Apartments / flat

Je suis à la recherche d'un appartement à Paris et propose donc d'échanger mon bel appartement ancien de 2 pièces à Munich Westend. L'appartement dispose d'une chambre à coucher, d'un salon ainsi que d'une cuisine dans l'entrée et d'une salle de bain avec douche. L'appartement se trouve à environ 15 minutes à pied du Stachus/centre-ville et est très bien desservi par le tramway, le métro U4/U5 et le S-Bahn. De nombreux cafés, restaurants et bars agréables se trouvent à proximité immédiate - malgré cela, l'ambiance générale du quartier est calme et détendue.

Le loyer s'élèverait à environ 1050 euros avec toutes les charges (Internet, électricité, etc.).

En ce qui concerne la date d'emménagement/déménagement, je suis relativement flexible (entre avril et juin).

Je cherche quelque chose de similaire à Paris et je suis prêt à payer plus que mon loyer actuel, selon l'appartement et l'emplacement.

Ich bin auf der Suche nach einer Wohnung in Paris und biete daher meine schöne 2-Zimmer Altbauwohnung in München Westend zum Tausch an. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer sowie eine Küche im Eingangsbereich und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Die Wohnung liegt ca. 15 Minuten fußläufig vom Stachus/Innenstadt entfernt und ist sehr gut an die Straßenbahn, die U-Bahn U4/U5 sowie an die S-Bahn angebunden. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich zahlreiche schöne Kaffees, Restaurants und Bars – trotzdem ist die Stimmung in der Gegend insgesamt ruhig und entspannt.

Die Miete würde sich mit allen Nebenkosten (Internet, Strom etc.) auf rund 1050 belaufen.

Bezüglich des Ein-/Auszugsdatum bin ich relativ flexibel (zwischen April und Juni).

Ich suche nach etwas ähnlichem in Paris und bin je nach Wohnung und Lage auch bereit mehr als meine jetzige Miete zu zahlen.

I am looking for an apartment in Paris and therefore offer my beautiful 2-room old building apartment in Munich Westend for exchange. The apartment has a bedroom, a living room and a kitchen in the entrance area and a bathroom with shower. The apartment is located about 15 minutes walk from the Stachus / city center and is very well connected to the streetcar, the subway U4/U5 and the S-Bahn. In the immediate vicinity are numerous nice cafes, restaurants and bars - yet the overall atmosphere in the area is quiet and relaxed.

The rent would be around 1050 with all utilities (internet, electricity, etc.).

Regarding the move-in/move-out date, I am relatively flexible (between April and June).

I am looking for something similar in Paris and am willing to pay more than my current rent depending on the apartment and location.
