The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, dishes, coffeemaker, cookware, toaster, kettle etc.
There’s an LG smart TV in the large bedroom with apps like Netflix, Prime Video etc. which you can use with your own accounts.
The smaller bedroom is also equipped with a bed.
The 1,860€ total rent includes 138€ energy cost payments. These are billed annually, according to the actual costs incurred.
München Thalkirchen an der Isar zwischen Tierparkbrücke und Flaucher
Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs, wie Bäcker (auch Sonntags geöffnet), Supermärkte (Edeka, Netto), und ein Wochenmarkt (donnerstags) befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Es gibt mehrere Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Die U-Bahn-Station Thalkirchen (U3) ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen (ca. 3 Minuten).
Von hier aus hat man eine sehr gute U-Bahn-Anbindung sowohl in die Innenstadt (Marienplatz 9 Minuten) als auch zur Universität (13 Minuten).
Fahrradabstellmöglichkeiten gibt es unten im Hauseingang.

Munich Thalkirchen at the river between the zoo bridge and 'Flaucher'.
The subway station Thalkirchen (U3) can be easily reached on foot (approx. 3 minutes). From here you have a very good subway connection to the city center (Marienplatz 9 minutes) and the University (13 minutes).
Shops for daily needs, such as bakeries (also open on Sundays), supermarkets (Edeka, Netto), a weekly market (on Thursdays) are located in the immediate vicinity.
There are several restaurants (Bavarian, Indian, Asian, Greek, Italian) within 500 meters.
Bathing places at the river Isar, the Flaucher beer garden and the zoo is easily accessible on foot.
There's space for bikes at the house entrance.
Bei Interesse können Besichtigungen mit den aktuellen Mietern (einfach Friederike über WG-Gesucht kontaktieren) sowohl vor Ort als auch online (Zoom, WhatsApp Call…) vereinbart werden. Wir (die aktuellen Mieter) haben recht viel auf dem Balkon gepflanzt und hoffen, dass die Nachmieter daran Freude haben:)
