wir vermieten unsere Wohnung unter, da wir uns für 3,5 Monate im Sabbatical befinden werden. Mindestmietdauer beträgt 1 Monat.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Untergiesing mit 3 Minuten Fußweg an die Isar. Zahlreiche Supermärkte und Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Die Wohnung ist im obersten Stockwerk und ist sehr offen und hell. Sie verfügt über alle notwendigen Gerätschaften und hat ein separates voll ausgestattetes Arbeitszimmer. Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Balkone die zum flanieren einladen. Die Wohnung eignet sich für ein Pärchen, da wir nur ein Schlafzimmer haben.

Hello everybody,
we sublet our apartment because because of 3.5 months sabbatical. Minimum rental period is 1 month.
The apartment is located in Untergiesing, a 3-minute walk to the Isar. Numerous supermarkets and public transport are in walking distance.
The apartment is on the top floor and is very open and bright. It has all the necessary equipment and a separate, fully equipped office room. We have two beautiful balconies that invite you to relax. The apartment is suitable for a couple as we only have one bedroom.
