- die Wohnung kann sowohl von Einzelpersonen, Paaren als auch WGs angemietet werden
- es gibt einen riesigen Wohn-Ess-Bereich, woraus aber auch ein drittes (WG)-Zimmer gemacht werden kann
- die Küche mit Elektrogeräten (Spülmaschine, Herd, Kühl-Gefrierkombination) ist im Mietpreis enthalten
gegen eine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung, die auch im Centrum liegen sollte:
- mind. 50m2
- ca. 700 € warm
