Wir bieten unsere sehr schöne und zentrale, mitten im Kreuzviertel gelegene 3-ZKB Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete vom 15.9. Bis 28.10.2013 an.
Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit einem ca 23qm, einem 19qm und einem ca 15qm großem Zimmer. Dazu eine große Wohnküche, und einem schönen Bad.
Die Küche, sowie Spühlmaschine und Waschmaschine bleiben in der Wohnung. Ebenfalls bleiben einige andere Möbel, wie Bett und Schrank bzw erwünschte Möbel in der Wohnung.
Die Wohnung ist WG-geeignet, allerdings höchstens für 2 Personen.
Diese Wohnung liegt inmitten des wunderschönen Kreuzviertels in der Nähe des Schlosstheaters und Yorkcenters, wo es etliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie Rewe, Aldi, Lidl, Dm, Saturn etc. gibt. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind fußläufig in 2-5min zu erreichen. Von den 2 Bushaltestellen fahren 3 Buslinien richtung Stadt (12min bis zum HBF) und in die andere Richtung in richtung Kinderhaus bzw Uniklinik.
Mit dem Rad sind es bis zum HBF aber auch nur 10-15min.
