Für meine Freundin suche ich jemanden, der den Vertrag für ihr schönes Studio-Apartment in der Altstadt / Nähe Isartor, 5 Minuten vom Marienplatz entfernt, übernimmt. Die voll möblierte Wohnung ist 35 qm groß und super geschnitten mit einer großen separaten Küche und großen Fenstern zu einem ruhigen Innenhof.
Die Wohnung ist ab dem 01.01.2021 verfügbar und der Vertrag endet am 31.08.2021. Allerdings gibt es gute Chancen, den Mietvertrag zu verlängern.
Für eine Person beträgt die Kaltmiete 1099 € + 130 € für Nebenkosten. Für zwei Personen beträgt die Kaltmiete 1169 € + 130 € für Nebenkosten. Die Kaution beträgt € 2600.
Bei Interesse können wir gerne einen Termin zur persönlichen -oder Videobesichtigung vereinbaren.

for my girlfriend I am looking for someone to take over the contract for her beautiful studio apartment in Altstadt/Isartor, 5 min from Marienplatz.
The fully furnished apartment is 35 sqm and optimally planned with a good sized separate kitchen and big windows to a quiet courtyard.
The apartment will be available from 01.01.2021 and the contract ends at 31.08.2021, and there are good changes of prolonging the contract with the landlord if you would like to.
For one person the cold rent is 1099€ + 130€ for utilities. For two persons the cold rent is 1169€ + 130€ for utilities. The deposit is 2600€.
I would be happy to organize an in-person viewing of the apartment or through video call if you are interested.
