- Fully-equipped kitchen with Refrigerator, Oven, Microwave and Toaster (no dishwasher)
- Bright apartment with good ventilation
- Internet WLAN included
- No Washing machine, but there is a Laundromat 2 mins on foot.
Main disadvantage:
- Busy location so can get slightly noisy in the evenings.
The Landlord's office is on the ground floor. I will make a subtenant agreement including house rules.
Date of rent: Oct. 3 2020 - Mar 3 2021 (6 months)
Potentially extendable.
Monthly rent: 750 EUR all inclusive
