Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete in Giggenhausen, Apartment for intermediate rent in Giggenhausen (near Freising)

Die Bushaltestelle ist 5 Minuten entfernt, allerdings fährt der Bus nur einmal die Stunde. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Neufahrn (ca. 7 km) oder Freising (ca. 10 km). Es geht auch mit dem Rad aber natürlich nicht so optimal im Winter und im Dunkeln. Ich empfehle ein Auto zu haben. Das könnte man bequem vorm Haus abstellen.
Es ist sehr ruhig. Das Haus liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse, man fällt quasi aus der Tür ins Feld, was sehr schön ist für gelegentliche Spaziergänge und kürzere Ausfahrten mit dem Rennrad oder Mountainbike. In der Flugschneise liegt das Haus nicht, man hört nur gelegentlich Flugzeuge. Es ist rundum recht idyllisch.

The bus stop is only 5 minutes away, however, the bus runs only once an hour. The nearest shopping facilities are in Neufahrn (about 7 km) or Freising (about 10 km). It also goes by bike but of course not so optimal in winter and in the dark. I recommend to have a car. You could park it comfortably in front of the house.
It is very quiet. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac, you practically fall out the door into the field, which is very nice for occasional walks and shorter trips with the road bike or mountain bike. The house is not in the flight path, you only hear occasional airplanes. It is quite idyllic all around.
