I am a man looking for a super-responsible, reliable, mature person to sublet room in a unique modern 3 Bedroom furnished Apartment..The bedroom is fully furnished and spacious 13' by 14',the other room is occupied by a female student..The living room walls are white,furnishings are simple, but modern and new and there's also a fire place in the living room..

Some other details:
-Hardwood floors throughout the apartment..
-The 3 bedrooms are across the hall from each other, allowing for extra privacy..
-Rest of the apartment is fully furnished, with L-shaped sectional, flat-screen TV, electronic piano, and fully stocked kitchen (I cook a lot)
-Large living room space with an entire wall of closets for extra storage..
-Apartment is in a clean, secure building with cameras, and a live-in super..
-Grocery store down the block, post office around the corner, along with great shops/restaurants within walking distance.
-Heat,electric, cable, hot water and other utilities are included in rent..

The apartment is available at rate of $600/ month/ room and will be Pro-Rated depending on what day of the month you move in..
Deposit Required is $700 and it's refundable during your departure time from the room..
