I am subletting my apartment as I will be out of the country until March.

overall the apartment is about 40m2. its located at the top floor, with balcony facing the bahnhof. all windows are door are double-glassed so no noises in the event at all.Heating and all appliances are less than a year old.
the apartment consist of two rooms - living room and bed room
regarding the bed room
within the bedroom, you will find: bed (size is 140x200), study desk and night stand.
regarding the building
The building is equipped with washing, dryer and small gym. The landlord is present most of the time for any help.
Parking is considerably easy around the building.
the location is highly strategic. 4 minutes to Nueremberg Hbf and 6 minutes to the city center by foot.
