Hallo Leute,
Ich zieh kurzfristig um und Suche deshalb ab sofort einen Nachmieter für meine aktuelle Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist in der Südstadt Nürnbergs. Sie hat 2 helle Zimmer und eine Wohnküche. Desweiteren hättet Ihr noch ein Kellerraum und einen Raum im Dachboden.
Die Lage ist megaruhig. Das Haus ist von Gartenanlagen umgeben. Zur Uni dauert es 15 min und zum HBF 7 min mit dem Fahrad. mit Auto 4.
Die Straßenbahn ist nur 1 Minute Fußweg entfernt. Ubahn (10min) ist auch nicht weit.
Da ich nur bis nächsten Mittwoch da bin bitte ich euch, falls Interesse besteht, euch schnell zu melden. Am besten telefonisch :) Donnerstag, den 4.12. wäre ab 18 Uhr eine Besichtigung möglich. Viele Grüße
