Da ich mich für 3 Monate im Ausland befinde, möchte ich gerne meine helle 2-Zimmer Wohnung (51m2) mit Balkon vom 29.05. Bis 31.08.2019 zwischen vermieten.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbiliert mit allem Nötigen (Bett, Schrank, Tv, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank). Es ist ein Innenhof zum Abstellen für Fahrräder vorhanden.
Die Komplettmiete incl. Internet, Strom, Gas, Nebenkosten... beträgt 650 Euro pro Monat.
Ich freue mich auf tolle Zwischenmieter/innen. :)

I will be traveling for 3 month, thus I would like to sublease my flat (with a balcony) - 29.5 - 29.8. The 2 rooms are connected - so the flat is not suitable to share if you are not a couple or really really good friends :)
Everything is available: bed, cupboard, tv, washing Maschine, dishwasher, fridge. And you are also free to use towels and cutlery and stuff.
The rental includes everything (electricity, internet...)

Die Wohnung befindet sich zentral gelegen in der Nürnberger Südstadt. Die U-Bahn Station Aufseßplatz sowie der Bahnhof sind in etwa 5 Minten zu Fuß zu erreichen, in die Innenstadt ist man in 15 Min gelaufen.
Am Aufseßplatz befinden sich eine Vielzahl von Geschäften für den täglichen Bedarf.
Parkplätze sind mit viel Geduld vorhanden. :)
