Schöne Wohnung in Nürnbergs Szeneviertel. Im Haus wohnen fast nur nur Studenten und junge Leute. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke. Zur Pegnitz sind es 5 Minuten. Toll um im Sommer auf der Wiese zu liegen, zu grillen oder zum spazieren gehen und joggen.
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert. Küche, Wohnzimmer mit Sofa, Schlafzimmer und Bad und geräumige Abstellkammer. Am besten mal vorbei kommen und ansehen.
Da ich in Ausland gehe, im September und dann von Oktober bis irgend wann nächstes Jahr Jan/ Feb / März, bin ich relativ flexibel, was die Länge der Zwischenmiete angeht.

Lage zwischen Nürnberg und Fürth. Die U1 ist um die Ecke, gute Anbindung somit auch nach Fürth und Erlangen. Die Innenstadt ist mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten zu erreichen, mit der U1 bis Hauptbahnhof 4 Stationen (7 Minuten).
