Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock. Es ist ein ausgebautes Dachgeschoss mit hohen Decken, Holzbalken und Korkboden. Durch Fenster an beiden Seiten ist sie sehr hell und freundlich. Sie hat einen offenen, loftartigen Charakter und wurde vor ca. zwei Jahren renoviert.
Gostenhof ist ein belebtes Multikulti Stadtviertel. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und der Frankenschnellweg sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Perfekt also auch für Pendler nach Herzogenaurach.
Die Hausbewohner sind sehr nett, unkonventionell und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt herrscht eine familiäre und lockere Atmosphäre im Haus.
Die Wohnung wird voll möbiliert für den Zeitraum August 2019 bis Ende Januar 2020 vermietet.

I rent my 2-room apartment in Gostenhof in the period 01.08.19 - 31.01.20.
The apartment is on the 4th floor. It is a converted attic with high ceilings, wooden beams and cork floor. Windows on both sides make it very bright and friendly. It has an open, loft-like character and was renovated about two years ago.
Gostenhof is a lively multicultural district. Shops, bars, public transport and the Frankenschnellweg are nearby. Perfect for commuters to Herzogenaurach.
The housekeepers are really kind, unconventional and helpful. Overall, a family and relaxed atmosphere prevails in the house.
The apartment is rented fully furnished from August 2019 'til end of January 2020.
Price: 700,- + approx. 100 for electricity & heating
