Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Obergeschosses eines kürzlich renovierten Altbaus aus den Gründerjahren. Küche und Bäder sind neu saniert.
Wir vermieten die Wohnung ausschließlich voll möbliert, nur im Zeitraum von Januar bis Ende April aufgrund eines Auslandaufenthaltes. Ein längerer Aufenthalt ist nicht möglich.
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein großes Schlafzimmer, ein Arbeitszimmer, ein Esszimmer, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer, Küche, Haushaltsraum, Abstellraum, Bad und Toilette. Außerdem gibt einen großen Balkon im ruhigen Hinterhof.
Alle notwendigen Utensilien in der Küche (Geschirrspüler, Backofen mit Dampfgarfunktion) und im Haushaltsraum (Waschmaschine mit Trockenfunktion) sind vorhanden. Im Wohnzimmer lädt ein großes Sofa mit Fernseher und ein E-Piano zum entspannen ein.
Das Arbeitszimmer mit riesigem höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisch eignet sich perfekt für das Home-Office.
Trotz der Lage an einer befahrenen Straße ist die Wohnung dank der gut isolierten Fenster ruhig.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a recently renovated building.
We are renting the apartment fully furnished in the period from January to the end of April due to a stay abroad. A longer stay is not possible, since we will be returning end of April.
The apartment has a large bedroom, study, dining room, cozy living room, kitchen, utility room, storage room, bathroom and toilet. In addition, there is a large balcony in the quiet backyard.
All necessary utensils in the kitchen (dishwasher, oven with steam cooking function) and in the household room (washing machine with drying function) are available. In the living room a large sofa with TV and an electric piano invites you to relax.
The study with huge height-adjustable desk is perfect for home office.
Despite the location on a busy street, the apartment is quiet.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in zentraler Lage mitten im schönen und bunten Gostenhof.
Parkmöglichkeiten für Bewohner und ohne Bewohner befinden sich in den umgebenden Straßen. Die Verkehrsanbindung mit dem Auto ist optimal, man ist innerhalb von 2 Minuten auf der A73.
Ebenfalls hervorragend ist die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, die S- und U-Bahn Haltestelle Rothenburgerstraße ist in 4 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen, zum Plärrer sind es ca. 8 Minuten zu Fuß.
In der direkten Umgebung gibt es mehrere große Supermärkte, Restaurants, Cafes und Fitnesstudios. Die Altstadt ist zu Fuß in ca 15 Minuten zu erreichen.

The apartment is centrally located in the middle of the beautiful and colorful Gostenhof.
Parking posibillities are located in the surrounding streets. The traffic connection via car is optimal.
Also excellent is the connection to public transport, the train and subwaystation Rothenburgerstraße is within 4 minutes walking distance, to the city hub Plärrer it is about 8 minutes by foot.
In the immediate vicinity there are several large supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and fitness studios. The old town can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes.
Die Höhe der Kaution richtet sich nach den zahlreichen Möbelstücken sowie der vollausgestatteten neuen Küche. Ein Einzug wäre auch in der letzten Dezemberwoche möglich und kann gerne flexibel abgesprochen werden.
In der Gesamtmiete sind alle Kosten enthalten (inklusive Strom, Heizkosten, Internet).

The amount of the deposit is in regard to the numerous pieces of furniture. A move-in would also be possible in the last week of December and can be arranged with pleasure flexibly.
All costs are included within the total rent (including heating, electricity, internet).
