Apartment can be rented furnished or not furnished, currently with one living room, two bedrooms (double beds can be made available), fitted kitchen, bathroom with bath tub and toilet. Living room has a sofa bed. Sunny balcony.
Washing machine and dryer in the cellar.
In case of WG living room could be furnished as a third bedroom. If not needed, one of the current bedroms can be furnished as a home office (with a desk).

The apartment is located between Nürnberg U-Bahn Frankenstraße and U-Bahn Maffeiplatz (3 mins to Nuremberg central train station via u-bahn and 5 mins to exhibition center "Messe" via U-Bahn).
Lidl, bakery, butcher shop (400m) and Bioladen (700m) are close by to the apartment, as well as public swimming bath Südstadtbad with sauna (600m), Hummelsteiner Park (200m) and several car sharing stations. The apartment is in a good locality.
The apartment is cleaned every two weeks. High speed internet is included.

The deposit can be paid over three months.
In case of WG everybody gets a contract (suitable for three people). If you want to start a new WG you can be the first to move in and we find together your flatmate(s).
