2 room fully furnished flat

This is a 2 room apartment with bathroom and kitchen. It is a beautiful old-style apartment with a backyard. Since I'm away for a few months for work, I would like to sublet my apartment fully furnished.

The apartment has everything you need, like dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, couch, bed, table, desk, chair and kitchen equipment, etc.

There is even the possibility of a longer sublease

IMPORTANT:

The additional costs include cold water and cleaning of the stairs. Gas and Electricity together are 150 Euro. Internet is not included and needs to be done by the Subtenant. But it costs about 40 Euro per month at Telekom.

Es handelt sich hierbei um ein 2 Zimmerwohnung mit Bad und Küche. Es ist eine wunderschöne Altbau-Wohnung mit Hinterhof. Da ich beruflich für ein paar Monaten weg bin, möchte ich meine Wohnung möbliert untervermieten. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Also auch Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Couch, Bett, Tisch, Stuhl und Küchenutensilien, etc.

Es besteht sogar die Möglichkeit auf längere Untermiete

WICHTIG:

In den Nebenkosten sind Kaltwasser und Treppenreinigug inbegriffen. Strom und Gas kosten 150 Euro. Internet myss selbst vom Untermieter getragen werden und ist nicht im Mietpreis inbegriffen. Es kostet ca 40 Euro bei der Telekomm.
