I'm moving out of the apartment from 1st May 2018. If you are interested please do let me know. I pay room rent as 800€ (Warm rent). Apartment is fully furnished with one living room, one bedroom, furniture kitchen, bathroom with bath tub and shower. Living room has Sofa come bed and also vaccum cleaner. If you are interested then please let me know. The apartment is near Nürnberg Kaulbachplatz (13 mins to Nuremberg central train station via u-bahn station) and 10 mins to Nürnberg Thon.
