Das Haus liegt sehr zentral in der Sebalder Altstadt. Zur U-Bahn Lorenzkirche sind es 8min, zum Hauptmarkt 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Kneipen, Kino, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt's in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Die Wohnung ist schön hell und in sehr gutem Zustand. Mit Ausnahme von Küche und Bad ist überall helles Laminat verlegt. Tür- und Fensterrahmen sind weiß. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Balkon (zur Straße), ca 4 Quadratmeter. Auf E-mail-Anfrage kann ich gerne einen Grundriss schicken. Alle Zimmer sind mittlerweile weiß gestrichen.
In der Küche können Backofen und Waschbecken übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung verfügt über Badewanne, Gasetagenheizung, Kabelanschluss, Aufzug.
