I am the owner and renting my newly renovated and fully furnished apartment.
The total rent of 990€ includes, Internet (~40€) and furnitures. A TV and AppleTV is available, but no public TV channels. Utilities gas and electricity is excluded After registration in the apartment you will have to pay the GEZ fee to the government (~18€ per month).
Please note, that electricity and gas for heating will be based on consumption. After moving out there we be a final cleaning by a professional company, the costs will be deducted from the deposit.
The apartment is close to the castle. Within 10 min walk you can reach the U1 and approximately 15 min walk you can reach U2.
