Die gemütliche 3 Zimmer Wohnung wurde von uns für die meiste Zeit als 2er WG genutzt, funktioniert aber auch super für eine einzelne Person (Zur Zeit wohne ich hier alleine).
Waschmaschine und einige möbel können nach absprache uebernommen werden..
Die Lage der WG ist optimal. Die Innenstadt kann in ca. 15min fußläufig erreicht werden. Des Weiteren ist die U-Bahn Station Friedrich-Ebert Platz nur 5min entfernt. Außerdem befinden sich Edeka, Rossmann und ein Bäcker direkt um die Ecke.
Leider habe ich nur am Montag 24.Juli (ab 18 Uhr) zeit für Besichtigungen, und würde die Wohnung gerne schon ab dem 1. August abgeben. Falls du Interesse hast, und dieser spontane Umzug für dich passt, melde dich gerne telefonisch oder per whatsapp, um einen Termin zu vereinbaren: ----/-------
