Für das nächste Jahr muss ich leider meine hübsche kleine Wohnung verlassen. Deswegen suche ich einen zuverlässigen Untermieter.
Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer. Das Bett, einige Regale, das Sofa etc. würden da bleiben. Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Im Bad gibt es eine Badewanne und meine Waschmaschine lasse ich da.
In ein paar Minuten ist man in der U-Bahn (St. Leonhard, U2). In 5 Minuten ist man beim Kaufland. Genauso weit entfernt sind die nächsten Banken, Bäcker und Gemüsemarkt. Bis zum Aldi, Netto und Dm sind es ca. 10 Min zu Fuß.
Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und man ist von freundlichen Nachbarn umgeben.
